Wednesday

~ Positivity~

 It is another winter day.
Lots of snow over fell yesterday, around 3 inches, with another 4 inches of snow overnight.
 Stormy and cold.
Winter is still with us.
It has me concentrating on my goals.
Goal setting.
Moving forward.
Staying positive, and choosing to have a happy heart.
I clearly remember being taught how to make goals.
Setting short term goals and long term goals.
Do people still set 'goals'??

Forward.
That is my 'word' for this year.
We are planning on moving... one last time hopefully.
Staying positive with the changes in our lives.
Looking on the sunny side of things, when it would be easy to become overwhelmed and easy to think of all the ways in which we could fail.

Wondering if we are too old to take on such big new adventures.

Here's to moving forward.

Spring is just around the bend, sunny days are ahead, and we will be moving FORWARD with a HAPPY HEART.

It will all work out!

Attitude of Gratitude:
~Feeling grateful for having good health.
Not that I want to shovel snow, but I am so grateful that I have good health and that I am able to shovel snow.

  2. Well I still set goals. Long term and short term. Its hard to think if I would ever do anything or get anything accomplished without them. Your pictures are so pretty. I am glad you are healthy too and that you can shovel snow. :) Have a lovely day!

  6. Hi Kerin~

I love the word, Forward! You know, I really don't hear about people setting goals much anymore. I hear about them saying they aren't setting goals, because they never keep them! I love to make goals for myself, sometimes that's the only way I accomplish anything.

I'm so tired of snow as well! I'm really looking forward to warm summer days!

    Hugs and Love,
    Barb

  7. Moving...that is a big step forward.
Best of luck with the process.

Goals? I think we all have them. Some just
reside in the back of our minds and some are
    jotted down.
It is always good when we can complete our
goals and reap the reward of the accomplishment(s).

Thinking of you at this time.

  9. Kerin, I followed you in past years, and am sorry I have not been. Your post today gave me goosebumps. I changed my life again upon being widowed, and have been praying for guidance lately. You made me realize this morning how blessed I have been, and that I need to start looking on the bright side again and pick my chin up! Thank you!

Thank you for taking time to comment.
It means so much to me, that you've taken a few minutes in your day, to stop by and visit.
I love getting to know you, and having our "chats".
Have a wonderful day.
